919264f56d Add entitlement unenrollment survey 
Updates behavior post unenrollment, also refactors accessible_modal
to enable the unenrollment survey to remain accessible after the
content in the modal changes (to the survey).

a34c8c8233 Drop remaining coffee use 
This basically commits the transpiled CoffeeScript JS (with minor
cleanup) and removes coffee build support.

A tiny amount of support for xblocks exists, because external users
may have xblocks with coffee. But no coffee in our tree anyway.

2abbd1eb83 Move all our coffee files 
This moves the original files into their JS locations so that when
the next commit modifies them, we dont lose history.

c19d01a994 Add live validation to password reset 
Adds a new React factory for that page to handle the logic. Also
cleans up the UI a little (centers it, stops using serif font, etc).

6028cc7d72 Add instructor modal to program marketing page 
The Paragon+Bootstrap work wasn't ready yet, so this is using leanModal. This also cleans up some of the instructor formatting.

3492eecd34 Added field description for accessibility 
In account settings page when language changes the page is refreshed
to apply changes. But user is not advised about this change before using
the field. So added description so user knows about reload beforehand.

LEARNER-3808

Ensures that users can see their entitlement purchase whether there
are available sessions or not. Notifies them with a message stating that
more sessions are coming soon, as is currently implemented on the programs
dashboard.

4a6048e3c7 Keep related programs when unenrolling 
When unenrolling, let's not remove the related programs div
permanently from the page, since it should always be visible.
