fix: ignore grade for allowlist certs ( #577 )
...
Allowlist certs were hidden on the progress view because the grade
wasn't passing. This gives "downloadable" certs preference over the
grade.

fix: Swap the prev and next icons in rtl ( #571 )

Right To Left (RTL) languages need to reverse the
direction of the icons in navigation.
This fix corrects the arrows in UnitNavigation.jsx,
which were missed in the previous checkin.
