e86b4a12dc Changes for viewing built-in tabs in studio 
Changed "Status Page" -> "Page".

UX:
    support for displaying built-in tabs
    restored drag and drop on Studio Pages
    additional styling for fixed state on Studio Pages
    add a new page action added to bottom of Studio Pages

Dev
    changes for viewing tabs in studio,
    refactored the tab code,
    decoupled the code from django layer.
    is_hideable flag on tabs
    get_discussion method is needed to continue to support
external_discussion links for now since used by 6.00x course.
    override the __eq__ operator to support comparing with
dict-type tabs.

Test
    moved test code to common,
    added acceptance test for built-in pages
    added additional unit tests for tabs.
    changed test_split_modulestore test to support serializing objects
that are fields in a Course.

Env:
    updated environment configuration settings so they are
    consistent for both cms and lms.

5f2de7653f Normalize the representation of Scope.content data in MongoModulestore FieldData 
Without this, the new 'items' field in the course_info xmodule caused
bizarre behavior. If you added the text 'items' to a course_info
section, then the LMS would throw a 500, because the field name isn't
'data', but the stored data is a string, leading to the check of
`key.field_name in self._data`, where key.field_name is the string 'items',
and self._data is the content string.

5e67612e9b Image Modal CMS HTML Block subtype 
- Added YAML file for the HTML template code for the modal to work
- Added CSS and JS code for modal to look and function properly
- Updated code to take comments into account.
- Simplified HTML template and expanded JS to set up image modal on load.
- Added preliminary drag script.
- Converted jQuery UI draggable to Draggabilly

2efcb0cdca Change default names for various LMS components 
Embedded discussion component defaults to "Discussion"
Blank HTML page defaults to "Text"
Video component defaults to "Video"

These default names show up in tooltips.

3722685e1a No longer persist XModule templates 
Instead, we use XModule field default values when creating an empty
XModule. Driven by this use case, we also allow for XModules to be
created in memory without being persisted to the database at all. This
necessitates a change to the Modulestore api, replacing clone_item with
create_draft and save_xmodule.

8c904f31a9 Move defaults from yaml templates to field definitions. 
This standardizes the XModule field default values to be the same as the
values that are presented by studio when a component is added to a
course.
