Added a new advanced setting; invitation_only
If invitation_only display "Enrollment in this course is by invitation only"
Otherwise, if outside of enrollment period display "Enrollment is Closed"
This issue is logged at LMS-2670
Also fixed in this PR is issue LMS-2717; even though the Register button was greyed out,
clicking it sent one to the registration page.
This commit updates lms/templates.
These keys are now objects with a limited interface, and the particular
internal representation is managed by the data storage layer (the
modulestore).
For the LMS, there should be no outward-facing changes to the system.
The keys are, for now, a change to internal representation only. For
Studio, the new serialized form of the keys is used in urls, to allow
for further migration in the future.

The strings in share links should be in unicode, otherwise when the name of a course is non-ascii, it will generate a decode error.
And some of these strings is actually translatable, so they should be collected into mako.po.
if course title use Chinese or other language got the 500 error when visit the course_about page ,and the log shows :UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-3: ordinal not in range(128)
If neither start nor advertised_start has been changed from default
don't show the course start date.
This allows us to accept course registrations for courses whose start
date is yet TBD.

Addressing @dave changes
Use the theme's own Google Analytics template (should probably
update to just use parameters once the default GA template is kept
up-to-date). Don't link to the university profile page when a theme
is enabled, as that's an edX-specific feature. Adjust social links
for Stanford, but leave them alone for everyone else (this is just
a hack for the 6/11/13 launch).
Now that we are using separate pages for login and registration rather than
modals, clicking the registration button for a course should direct an
unauthenticated user to the registration page, and the user should be enrolled
in the course upon successful registration. Likewise, an unauthenticated user
attempting to unenroll from a course should be directed to the login page and
subsequently unenrolled from the course upon successful login. The enrollment
change service also now uses HTTP status codes rather than JSON to communicate
status to the front end.
