9124933925 Fixed issue where git logs aren't functioning 
Use the course key as the primary key for storing coure import logs in
mongo, instead of the deprecated course key (this only applies to
courses imported via git_import.py).

No effort is made to migrate existing logs, since they are ephemeral.

e1e06afc20 Remove the rest of the lms_migration django app. 
The management commands don't seem to be used anywhere and if we remove
that, then there is nothing left in this app.

02be16dff8 Handle exception while saving course display name. 
This commit introduces error check for a special case
where the root course does not exists and a data migration
is attempting to save it.
