5025a3ffd9 feat!: remove "Text Me the App" page from web app because of security concern 
Someone at edx was able to quickly send a few texts to himself using the tool.
Each text came from a different number and there was no message about the ability to unsubscribe or stop.
This could potentially be used to spam users as well as potentially result in charges to edX for high volume.

Added upsell tracking to the course upgrade all button on the program dashboard so we have a better understanding of when users are clicking our upsell links.

1f3965be29 [REV-1257] Add upsell tracking for program dashboard's courses 
This PR updates the track_ecommerce_events.js to allow imports into webpacked code & 
adds upsell tracking to the course upgrade buttons on the program dashboard. We are doing this so we have a better understanding of when users are clicking our upsell links.

6833823ccc Update student records buttons 
Updates the look and feel of the two (experimental and disabled by
default) links to student records.

Also converts the 'student_records' waffle switch to a waffle flag
named 'credentials.student_records.

502287b07e Add some links to student records 
Add some waffle-guarded connection points to the Credentials service
to start filling out the user flow for Student Records.

Specifically, add a button to the Program Progress Details page if
a certificate exists, and add a link in the Learner Profile page.

Both only appear if the 'student_records' waffle switch is active.

fa6a5f99a5 Create program detail fragment for mobile app 
To extract the program detail information edX mobile team has to
parse all the un-necassary details which takes time that ultimately
slows down app.To avoid it,a detail fragment is created that will
be used in the mobile app as well as on the web.
