As part of dissolving our sub-projects in edx-platform, we are moving this package under the xmodule directory.
We have fixed all the occurences of import of this package and also fixed all documents related references.
This might break your platform if you have any reference of `import capa` or `from capa import` in your codebase or in any Xblock.

It's safe to remove this because non-staff [1] users cannot access [2]
an `ErrorBlock`. We were able to reproduce this with and without this commit
with the following results:
1. Staff users were seeing the `ErrorBlock`.
2. Non-staff users were getting an empty `<div class="vert-mod"></div>`.
In theory, error blocks should be hidden in the Learning MFE because of this
option [3]. However, when we manually set `hide_access_error_blocks` to
`False`, we kept getting identical results (with and without this commit), so
it looks that the removal `NonStaffErrorBlock` was just omitted at some point.

This removes the `rebind_noauth_module_to_user` argument from the
ModuleSystem constructor and moves it to a separate service called
"rebinder" in the class `RebindModuleService`. This is used in the
LTI module to bind calls received by its noauth endpoint to bind
the module the real_user.
The hostname constructor argument of the XModule ModuleSystem is deprecated
in favour of directly accessing the LMS_BASE value from django.conf.settings.
The node_path attribute & constructor argument of the ModuleSystem is
deprecated without any replacement service or fallback as there doesn't
seem to be any core blocks using it.
It also removes the references to node_path from the LMS settings, the
LoncapaModuleSystem and the XBlock runtime shim.

This:
1. Removes the `filestore` property from the `ModuleSystem` in favor of
the `runtime.resources_fs` property.
In the original code, `filestore` is equal to
`DescriptorSystem.runtime.resources_fs`. It's safe to replace it with
`ModuleSystem.runtime.resources_fs` because both runtimes are combined
using the `CachingDescriptorSystem`. It provides the `resources_fs` property
that uses the same file storage.
2. Renames `filestore` argument to `resources_fs` in the `LoncapaSystem`
constructor.
3. Adds the deprecated `filestore` property to the `ModuleSystemShim`
and `RuntimeShim`.
Deprecates the following attributes from ModuleSystem:
* replace_urls
* replace_course_urls
* replace_jump_to_id_urls
A new ReplaceURLService is created as replacement with a unified replace_urls method
* Deprecates ModuleSystem can_execute_unsafe_code, get_python_lib_zip and cache properties
* Adds a new CacheService and SandboxService to provide the deprecated property
* Adds tests for the added CacheService and SandboxService
* Updates the ModuleSystemShim tests in Lms and Studio
from the lms get_module_for_descriptor and related methods.
This prefix was previously inferred from the request's base URL and
passed through several methods to reach the XQueueService creation.
But the request base URL always matches the LMS_ROOT_URL (or the preview
URL), so this change simply uses that setting instead.
* Deprecates ModuleSystem.xqueue property
* Adds new XQueueService to provide the deprecated property values to the LMS runtime
(Studio does not need the XQueueService.)
* Adds tests for new service and updates the ModuleSystemShim tests in LMS and Studio
* Fixes existing tests.
Deprecates these ModuleSystem attributes in favor of the user service:
* user_location
* get_real_user
* get_user_role
Related changes:
* Stores the user location into DjangoXBlockUserService's optional attribute as request_country_code
* Uses the student model's user_by_anonymous_it to fetch the (cached) real user
* Updates affected tests
* refactor: deprecates ModuleSystem.render_template
in favor of the added MakoSystem render_template method.
Related changes:
* Adds the MakoService to the StudioEditModuleRuntime,
PreviewModuleSystem, LmsModuleSystem, and XBlockRuntime
* MakoService constructor takes a `namespace_prefix` string, so that the
CMS PreviewModuleSystem can render to LMS templates, without needing
the special render_from_lms helper method.
* ModuleSystem.render_template becomes a read-only property, so the
constructor calls and test module systems are updated accordingly.
* Adds tests for the MakoService and module system shims.

* test: Adds a test to verify the bug introduced by the previous changes
The AuthoringMixin is automatically added to all XBlocks (see
settings.XBLOCK_MIXINS), and AuthoringMixin.visibility_view expects the
"mako" service.
This test verifies the bug by testing the PureXBlock, which does not
require the "mako" service, and so fails when the visibility_view is
rendered.
* fix: AuthoringMixin needs mako service
which fixes the visibility_view for XBlocks which don't explicitly
require the mako service.
Also removes the unneeded class property _services_requested from
AuthoringMixin and StudioEditableBlock. This property is better provided
by the XBlockMixin class.

provide: all XModules are XBlocks, so this check is unnecessary.

Because xblock handlers normally get a block tree that already has
inaccessible blocks stripped, they don't see FBE gated blocks at
all. So the get_completion handler would return True for FBE units
incorrectly. Leading to a visual bug as an audit user went through
their units in the courseware.
In order to let the handler know about the full tree, I've added a
new attribute you can set on your xblock handlers:
my_handler.will_recheck_access = True
This will tell the top-level handler code get the full tree for you.
As part of this, I've also changed the sequence xblock handler's
into proper xblock handlers (not old-style xmodule handlers).
This changes their URLs slightly. I've kept the old URLs for now
as well, but they'll be removed after Maple.

Blocks that were hidden by access checks would not be used when
calculating past due status for a unit. This adds in a check to
still look at those blocks, but will maintain not rendering them
when being accessed via the MFE
This is required because edx-platform uses the waffle API from
completion, which itself depends on edx-toggles. So if we change
edx-toggles import paths, we also need to upgrade our usage of
completion here.

This uses the new names introduced in edx-django-utils
3.8.0 (edx/edx-django-utils#59), which we're already using, as
well as updating a few other locations where we incorrectly refer
to New Relic custom metrics instead of custom attributes.
Includes a couple of unrelated lint fixes in a file I modified.
I wanted to make a byte-sized contribution but there were no Jira tickets so we decided, thanks to a conversation with @jmbowman through the Open Edx Community #incr (Slack) channel, to collaborate in the elimination of warnings listed in the Warnings Report at https://build.testeng.edx.org/job/edx-platform-python-pipeline-master/warning_5freport_5fall_2ehtml/
This PR contributes to the elimination of deprecation warnings, specifically the one mentioned above and reported in the Warnings Report.
Changed logger.warn to logger.warning in the following files:
lms/djangoapps/experiments/utils.py
lms/djangoapps/lti_provider/outcomes.py
lms/djangoapps/courseware/module_render.py
This warning occurs due to deprecation in python 3.4+: https://docs.python.org/3.5/library/logging.html#logging.Logger.warning
We're seeing slow commits on production for courseware_studentmodule
updates. Based on the slow queries during those times, we think it
might be because multiple worker processes are trying to update the
same rows from within long-running transactions (since courseware
is relatively slow).
The risk with this is that since the whole view execution is no
longer wrapped in a big implicit transaction, it's possible that
XBlock state will update and things that key off of that (e.g.
completion progress information or pre-req milestones) will fail
in a way that will leave the database in an unplanned-for state,
though this is already the case for those actions that trigger
asynchronous tasks like grades recalculation.
The query counts for the index view test were adjusted down
because save points count towards the total and we're no longer
setting them at the top level around the view as a whole.
* Renamed OAuth2Authentication to BearerAuthentication
* Added back OAuth2Authentication name
-there are libraries such as edx-enterprise that still import OAuth2Authentication. The OAuth2Authentication class should be fully removed when everything is importing BearerAuthentication correctly
- Removing deprecated auth classes
- Replacing OAuth2AuthenticationAllowInactiveUserDeprecated with OAuth2AuthenticationAllowInactiveUser
- the old class was a child class of a deprecated class that we are removing and replacing.
* Added new auth class
- Created new class called OAuth2AuthenticationAllowInactiveUser, which replaces old class with same name
- Renames previous OAuth2AuthenticationAllowInactiveUser to OAuth2AuthenticationAllowInactiveUserDeprecated
- Replaced all imports of OAuth2AuthenticationAllowInactiveUser to call deprecated class instead
- testing new class in discussion(added flag based on django setting)
