22ebf0e16f Strings used in models should always use gettext_lazy. 
Otherwise, they generate false migrations when languages other than
English are used as the default.

1540f9ec72 Add on_delete kwarg to ForeignKey & OneToOneFields 
Django 2.0 will make this field required for `ForeignKey` and `OneToOneFields`.
In previous versions the option defaulted to `models.CASCADE` when not
specified. This change should make the deprecation warnings in the current
Django version go away.

The migrations where also modified, but the changes should not cause a change in
the database schema since `models.CASCADE` was already the old default.

344c72b3e2 Use non-ascii PLATFORM_NAME in tests. 
It should help catch unicode encoding problems earlier.

This also updates python-saml dependency to a version that includes a
patch for unicode strings.
