Subject: [PATCH] feat: Remove Studio Maintenance link (empty commit for
 release CI)

This was already merged in
6d424edbd52cf72b0cdc00889f3981e845e583f3,
but we are pushing this empty commit with BREAKING CHANGE message
in order to trigger the release of a new semantic version.

BREAKING CHANGE: The Studio "Maintenance" link has been removed
as part of https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/issues/36263
