* build: adding nvmrc, bumping paragon to latest Adding .nvmrc is a nicety. Bumping paragon to latest is necessary to ensure compatiblity with the edX override header (frontend-component-header-edx). * test: snapshot needed updating to account for new data-testid This is the result of upgrading to the latest paragon. Presumably some test IDs were added.
