From edx-drf-extensions:
1. EnsureJWTAuthSettingsMiddleware: Ensures proper JWT auth settings
   for endpoints.
2. JwtAuthCookieMiddleware: Combines the JWT auth cookie parts into a
   JWT auth cookie.
