Robert Raposa 776c3ab9c0 docs: warn about test order issue ...

Some registration tests can fail if run in a
particular order. This PR just adds a warning
so engineers don't mistakenly think they caused
an issue.

Also see VAN-900 for more details on how to
reproduce.
