Michael Terry 6e52aafc8c fix: properly set contains_gated_content field on xblocks again

This has been broken for a couple months, preventing proper display
of verified-only assignments on the dates tab and elsewhere.

Open EdX Features
-----------------

This is the root package for Open edX features that extend the edX platform.
The intention is that these features would ideally live in an external
repository, but for now they live in edx-platform but are cleanly modularized.
