Zainab Amir 6b78107081 Fix unregistered celery task (#21305) ...

openedx.core.djangoapps.ccxcon.tasks.update_ccxcon is not get auto
discovered by celery. Adding it to CELERY_IMPORTS to be explicitly
added.
