Carlos Andrés Rocha 276ea2fe84 Fix tests not using ModuleStoreTestCase ...

Some tests test were using `CourseFactory` buy not deriving from
`ModuleStoreTestCase`, introducing a course leaks that broke other
unrelated tests.
