Agrendalath 1beacdaf2c fix: handle missing name in readonly enterprise account fields

The `settings.ENTERPRISE_READONLY_ACCOUNT_FIELDS` list can be overridden.
Removing the `name` from it should not raise the `ValueError` exception.

Enterprise Support
------------------

This directory contains a Django application to support usage of
enterprise features within edx-platform. The majority of the capabilities
are provided through the external edx-enterprise library that can be found
here: `https://github.com/openedx/edx-enterprise`_.
