Kyle McCormick	9aefd6f986	style: django-not-configured is not a sensible lint-amnesty value (#26862) ... django-not-configured is an error raised by pylint (with the pylint-django plugin) when it's not correctly configured. Kyle McCormick	762b4fdf7f	Use AppConfig in instuctor_task app to ensure tasks are discovered ... This fixes an issue where instructor_task Celery tasks were not being auto-discovered, thus leaving them unregistered and unable to be completed by our Celery workers.
