Adds a new button in the child subsections of sections with Hide From TOC enabled.
This button displays a new modal with two tabs. The first tab displays a button
that allows you to copy the link of that subsection to the clipboard. The second
tab displays a button that allows you to copy the embedded link of the same
subsection to the clipboard.

Exposes the hide_from_toc xblock attribute so course authors can configure it as a section visibility option in Studio. Before this change, the Hide from TOC functionality was mainly used by OLX components. Hence, it wasn't available for configuration through the Studio UI. Still, its implementation existed in the platform and could be used by setting the attribute: hide_from_toc=true as part of the OLX definition.

Currently, if a subsection was a special exam, we do not allow it to be changed back as a special exam. This PR would loosen that change to only disallow reintroducing the exam back to proctored exam. Timed exam can be updated however the user wants

Adds a UI in studio to toggle discussions for a units if a course is using a discussion provider that supports it and per-unit discussion control is enabled.

1. Introduces a variable for the Course Outline view in Studio.
A custom theme can override it to add new editors.
2. Exports a function for creating new editor modals.
A custom theme can use it to create editors without adding boilerplate code.
3. Adds a pluggable override for XBlock fields that are passed to the Studio.
Without this, custom editors in Studio cannot retrieve values of XBlock fields.

Before this commit, if a course author created a capa mcqs or similar problem without providing any answer text for an option the question would be created causing abnormal behavior for learners. This commit will validate answer text of all options and raise an error message to author to fix the issue on the go.
Since Course Highlights aren't necessarily weekly (self-paced courses),
update the language to be more generic. And then includes a bug fix to
not send highlights to learners after they have unenrolled from a course.
* Disable changing special exam type after release date
Do some client-side validation to make sure that exams
that *are* or *ever were* special may not be changed
to a special exam type (other than the current one)
after release date.
