2a0259095d Change imports from path to use the stablest name.
The old line:

    from path import path

produced pylint errors because of the baroque way that path.py defined
"path". We tried to get them to change how they defined it, but they
deleted the name instead: https://github.com/jaraco/path.py/issues/102

(Jason then changed his mind, but this is a better way to use path.py,
it avoids the pylint error at least.)

cd746bf8e5 Make course ids and usage ids opaque to LMS and Studio [partial commit]
This commit adds the non-courseware lms/djangoapps and lms/lib.

These keys are now objects with a limited interface, and the particular
internal representation is managed by the data storage layer (the
modulestore).

For the LMS, there should be no outward-facing changes to the system.
The keys are, for now, a change to internal representation only. For
Studio, the new serialized form of the keys is used in urls, to allow
for further migration in the future.

813795ddf4 Add a management command to dump xml courses
This command loads the courses with the XMLModuleStore, and then exports
the fields contents as json in a diff-friendly way. This can then be
used to validate against regressions in the xml parsing code.
