A new field in the Problem settings for choosing a Grading Method. Currently, the only Grading Method is the Last Score. From now on, when turning the feature flag on, the new grading methods available for configuration in Studio are:
- Last Score (Default): The last score made is taken for grading.
- First Score: The first score made is taken for grading.
- Highest Score: The highest score made is taken for grading.
- Average Score: The average of all scores made is taken for grading.

This reverts commit 4ec70eb98b.
This commit introduced a new setting (`brand_color`) that does not appear to be set and is causing issues with account deletion and other parts of the courseware.
Reverting until we can understand the change better.
This PR adds a new filter to modify the instructor dashboard rendering process. For example: modify the section tabs of the instructor context --that specifies which tabs to render, adding a brand new one defined in a different plugin. The use case we're currently testing is to add a new tab to the instructor dashboard, which renders management information about an Xblock.
This commit leaves behind just enough Old Mongo (DraftModulestore)
functionality to allow read-only access to static assets and the
root CourseBlock. It removes:
* create/update operations
* child/parent traversal
* inheritance related code
It also removes or converts tests for this functionality.
The ability to read from the root CourseBlock was maintained for
backwards compatibility, since top-level course settings are often
stored here, and this is used by various parts of the codebase,
like displaying dashboards and re-building CourseOverview models.
Any attempt to read the contents of a course by getting the
CourseBlock's children will return an empty list (i.e. it will look
empty).
This commit does _not_ delete content on MongoDB or run any sort of
data migration or cleanup.
This is an experimental approach to introduce a role which has all Course Staff
permissions, except for the Studio access.

* fixed problem with creating some CourseItem with some parent:
we must get the updated parent item before using that parent item
* replaced parent_location with parent argument in ItemFactory due to
error children/parent relation for split modulestore. In all tests with
split modulestore parent argument used
LMS Courseware access to Old Mongo courses was already removed in
fc8601de (https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/pull/30172). This
commit makes direct links to the other tabs (progress, instructor
dashboard, discussion, static tabs) fail with a 404 error on Old
Mongo courses.
Upcoming work to remove parent/child relationships from the Old
Mongo Modulestore would have broken these pages anyway.
This attribute is already deprecated for XBlocks in favour of directly
retrieving it like `block.scope_ids.usage_id.context_key`.
This commit also removes some redundant logging code which was omitted in the
Datadog removal in #19420.
As part of dissolving our sub-projects in edx-platform, we are moving this package under the xmodule directory.
We have fixed all the occurences of import of this package and also fixed all documents related references.
This might break your platform if you have any reference of `import capa` or `from capa import` in your codebase or in any Xblock.
