bb4eb90a1e Translate connect header to spanish 
Support team suggests translation of one of the footer title
to spanish.In this PR, hooks are added around that title so

c477dca533 Remove un-translated page links from spanish website's footer 
Currently, spanish website's main page has links in footer whose
pages are still un-translated.In this PR, links of them are

Dashboard header was missing aria-current and
aria-selected attributes causing no information
exposed to screen reader about selection.This
would enable such info to be passed to screen
reader
