2e6675938c Fix tests while still upgrading moment. 
- Moved jasmin-jquery back to pointing at git.  The version on NPM is
not the same because they made more changes to 2.1.1 before releasing it
to NPM.

- Run `npm install` locally because it produces slightly different
output than renovate which causes the quality tests to fail.

bd1c6fa0c8 Adds selection state to elements for screenreader 
Dashboard header was missing aria-current and
aria-selected attributes causing no information
exposed to screen reader about selection.This
would enable such info to be passed to screen
reader

3509d08706 - Ignored 3rd party libraries code from translations 
which is not present is repo. But is created when we directly
install requirements from git.
- Included git clean in i18n-roobot-push
To clean artifacts before extracting new translations.
