- Adds `blockType` and `is_modified` to the `showXBlockLibraryChangesPreview` iframe message.
- Add title to the `xblock_iframe`
- Add `is-modified` to `studio_xblock_wrapper`
- Add `disable_staff_debug_info` as a query param in `render_xblock`
- `downstream_is_modified` added to ComponentLink and ContainerLink
- Adds the `top_level_parent_usage_key` to the `EntityLinkBase`
- This field is used to save the top-level parent of a component or container when it is imported into a course. Example: A unit with components imported into a course. The unit is the top-level parent of the components.
- Updates the `DownstreamListView` to return the top-level parents instead of downstream child, if this parent exists.
- Each time containers with children were synchronized, a new downstream block was created for each child instead of updating the existing one. This occurred because the `upstream_key` was incorrectly validated as an `Opaquekey` against a list of key strings. This was fixed by converting the `upstream_key` to a string before the verification. (see 34cd5a4781 and 29647831dc)
- Which edX user roles will this change impact? "Course Author", "Developer".
This adds a migration to turn on the new React-based Markdown editing option
for newly-created ProblemBlocks for all authors. The option is nested
under "Advanced settings", just like the Advanced (OLX) problem editor.
The migration is written such that it will *not* overwrite an existing global
"No" waffle flag. Furthermore, our waffle utilities are designed such that
org-level and course-level overrides will still take preference over the flag
that the migration creates. Therefore, this should only take effect in cases
where no existing waffle flag applies.
BREAKING CHANGE: Operators who do not want the new React-based Markdown editor
to be shown should create a flag contentstore.use_react_markdown_editor with
the value "No".
We plan to backport this to Teak.

[MICROBA-1806]
We are aware of product issue where it is possible for a self-paced course-run to get have a `certificate_availability_date` created in the course settings. This can have an adverse effect on the Credentials IDA where a learner's Program Record does not correctly display the course certificates they have earned because of this data. This not only causes confusion for our learners, as it appears that a course certificate a learner can access and share in the LMS is displayed as unearned in the Credential's program record, but this can also cause issues when a learner attempts to share their program record through a credit pathway and the program record would not accurately reflect their program completion.
Unfortunately, the settings that manage the certificate availability date are hidden for self-paced courses in Studio (as they should only be used in instructor-paced courses).
For this reason, we are introducing a management command that will remove a certificate available date for a specified (self-paced) course-run. This will allow us to fix issues for individual learners while we work on a longer-term fix for the larger issue.
* Add new `clean_stale_certificate_available_dates` management command
* Add new `CleanStaleCertificateAvailabilityDates` Configuration Model
* Add tests for the new management command
* (Unrelated cleanup) Fix potential issue with private.py settings in the CMS being overwritten in devstack.py for developers using devstack.
- Adds a BackfillCourseTabsConfig model to manage the arguments
to that command
- Adds batching arguments using that model
- Adds some extra logging for the failed courses

This feature was used to enable/disable push notifications using
Parse.com. That service died a few years ago but this was never cleaned
up. Cleaning it up as a part of DEPR-41 now that we've removed the code
that references this model.
Fix i18n for video status strings (broken in commit 4b53f4d) and remove
unnecessary complexity from a test case. This also removes the status
whitelist in the video upload configuration. Because status is included
in the CSV report, it is not necessary to filter the included videos by
status.
