We want to support a flow for SSO-enabled Enterprise customers who have
agreed off-platform that none of their learners will opt-in to marketing emails
or sharing research data. This change proposes to do so by
adding an optional field that, when enabled, disables the presence of
the two checkboxes on this registration form and sets their values to false.

BREAKING CHANGE: All references to the hardcoded 'proctortrack' string have
been removed from the codebase, as well as the `studio.show_review_rules`
waffle flag. These were used to determine whether an escalation email is
required and whether review rules should be shown. These decisions are now made
based on the value of 'requires_escalation_email' (default False) and 'show_review_rules'
(default True) config items in the PROCTORING_BACKENDS entry.
Additionally:
* The proctoring info api will now return the list of providers which require an escalation
email so that frontend-app-learning does not need to use a hardcoded check agaist
the provider name 'proctortrack'.
* Removed translation commands, mock variables and user facing strings that contained
'proctortrack'.
* Updated all test cases that were using proctortrack to use fake providers names.

After applying a "download" property on html5 anchor tag, Download Handout
link in a video component initiates a direct download instead of overlaying
over the video.

* chore: remove branding related code from video_block class as it is stop being used, we have plan to remove the specialized VIDEO_CDN_URL in the next phase as after removing URL nothing will reference the branding code so we're removing it first.
This commit migrates the data calculation logic for the GradeSummary
table, which was previously in the frontend-app-learning.
This commit also introduces a new visibility option for assignment
scores: “Never show individual assessment results, but show overall
assessment results after the due date.”
With this option, learners cannot see question-level correctness or
scores at any time. However, once the due date has passed, they can
view their overall score in the total grades section on the Progress
page.
These two changes are coupled with each other because it compromises
the integrity of this data to do the score hiding logic on the front
end.

The announcements editor was never ported to frontend-app-authoring, and
the announcements display was never ported to frontend-app-learner-dashboard.
This announcements feature is rarely used, undocumented, non-a11y-friendly, and
there were no volunteers to port it to the new frontends. It is the last
remaining part of the legacy Studio "Maintenance" dashboard. So, we are
removing it.

The table is most likely very small, as it is only populated by administrators. Removing
it would be more labor for us and more risk of toil for operators than is worthwhile.

This error was occurring because the way the redirect URL was constructed caused the entire base path to be removed. This commit updates the URL construction method to correctly preserve the MFE's path.
We don't need to load the old UI and so don't need all the logic related
to it, just the logic that is expected to occur around other backend
functionality like masquerading.

This change removes the course_sock and related API data. The UI it
removes is on the Legacy Courseware pages which have also been replaced
and have their own [deprecation ticket](https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/issues/35803)
Before this can be merged, we will need to update the
frontend-app-learning MFE to no longer consume the
`can_show_upgrade_sock` attribute.
BREAKING CHANGE: CourseHomeMetadata, ProgressTab, OutlineTab and
VerifiedMode APIs will no longer have a `can_show_upgrade_sock`
attribute.
This feature introduces functionalities to improve XBlock interactions within iframes:
* Add styles that adopt default styles for Split Test which renders chromless template via iframe in MFE Authoring.
* When the isIframeEmbed option is enabled, the XBlock sends a postMessage to the parent window. When sending such a message, the standard link transition is cancelled and the transition is carried out in MFE Authoring.
* feat!: Removing the long-deprecated legacy course_modes chooser
`course_modes/choose.html` (and its corresponding
`_upgrade_button.html`) were specifically only used for the edge case
where an enterprise user found themselves in the non-enterprise learner
dashboard, and attempted to enroll in a course outside of the
enterprise flow. Once upon a time, in a 2U-only workflow, the commerce
system would apply specific discounts for users within the said case.
That's no longer true, and it has never been true outside of this one
company.
Removing this template cleans up a legacy version of a legacy page that
was, realistically, exclusively seen by employees of 2U,
and nobody else.
Removes:
* The corresponding testsfor behavior only seen in the legacy page.
* A waffle flag since all cases route as if the flag is set: `VALUE_PROP_TRACK_SELECTION_FLAG`: `course_modes.use_new_track_selection`
* Some variables set in `CourseModeView` which were only ever rendered in the legacy template (`title_content`, `has_credit_upsell`) have been removed from the class.
* There is a high likelihood that the class is still a target for re-factoring now that the legacy view is gone, but I'm hesitant to touch something which is not covered by previously existing tests, because the logic around what template gets rendered when is complex.

This PR removes some bad (duplicated) markup in the static tab file. The current behavior leads to an unclosed HTML tag, which can be confirmed by viewing the document source.
Adds support to jump/scroll to blocks lower than units if bookmarked. It
also fixes an issue with bookmark visit url function where it was not
passing query params.
* feat!: removes deprecated v1 certificate behavior
this removes the long-deprecated v1 certificate behavior. This removes
the old-style date selection behavior (ie., not a choice between
*Immediately upon passing*, *End date of course*, *A date after the course
end date*), which is no longer reliably maintained or supported in
Studio or Credentials.
