1be1283f26 Redirect most studio access through draft modulestore 
rather than have caller figure out whether to call draft or direct.
Fixes get_children to always find draft children in studio.

0d88379eeb Make course ids and usage ids opaque to LMS and Studio [partial commit] 
This commit adds all of cms.

These keys are now objects with a limited interface, and the particular
internal representation is managed by the data storage layer (the
modulestore).

For the LMS, there should be no outward-facing changes to the system.
The keys are, for now, a change to internal representation only. For
Studio, the new serialized form of the keys is used in urls, to allow
for further migration in the future.

1.) Making YouTube mock server serve YouTube API.
2.) Adding ability to block YouTube API from YouTube mock server.
3.) Adding acceptance tests that check YouTube mock server for availability of YouTube API, and for it's ability to block YouTube API.

41cbd04d7c Updated test for range slider in time slider. 
Instead of raw comparison against an HTML string to get style information,
now proper selenium function is used to get value of CSS property.

587d86bfb2 Add acceptance test for XML-only video content. 
Since we've had issues with the default video being incorrectly shown,
this creates an XML-only video and ensures that the correct
(non-default) Youtube ID is sent to the client.
