Deprecated edx-platform import paths
(for example, `student` instead of
`common.djangoapps.student`) currently raise
warnings when used. We want to fully remove
support for those paths.
As an easily reversible way to initially remove
support, we add a new setting to LMS and Studio
called `ERROR_ON_DEPRECATED_EDX_PLATFORM_IMPORTS`,
defaulting to False. We set it to True for devstack
and will set it to True in Stage and Production
soon. If critical errors occur, we can easily
flip the setting back to False.
The user_tasks app is used by Studio import/export and not used by
anything in the LMS. But because our app-permissions user/role
provisioning script invokes the LMS process, any app+permission
listed there must exist in the LMS or the provisioning fails. So
this commit adds the user_tasks app to the LMS list of installed
apps because it's a lot faster than getting app-permissions to do
the right thing.
Update toggle_name annotations from "XXX"
to "FEATURES['XXX']" to match the name
used by the toggle state endpoint so they
don't seem like two different toggles.
The toggle was previously an ExperimentWaffleFlag,
which allows stable A/B testing but increases the toggle's
complexity. Since we do not plan an doing any more A/B
tests as part of the MFE rollout, we can 'downgrade' this
toggle to a CourseWaffleFlag, which still allows us to do
phased rollout and course-run-specific overrides.
* Install `organizations` app into LMS and Studio non-optionally.
* Add toggle `ORGANIZATIONS_AUTOCREATE` to Studio.
* Remove the `FEATURES["ORGANIZATIONS_APP"]` toggle.
* Use the new `organizations.api.ensure_organization` function to
either validate or get-or-create organizations, depending
on the value of `ORGANIZATIONS_AUTOCREATE`,
when creating course runs and V2 content libraries.
We'll soon use it for V1 content libraries as well.
* Remove the `util.organizations_helpers` wrapper layer
that had to exist because `organizations` was an optional app.
* Add `.get_library_keys()` method to the Split modulestore.
* Add Studio management command for backfilling organizations tables
(`backfill_orgs_and_org_courses`).

The limits can be defined in settings.CODE_JAIL['limits_overrides'],
which is a dict mapping context ids (generally, course run keys)
to overrides to be applied to settings.CODE_JAIL['limits'].
This will allow us to temporarily alter the codejail limits
for certain contexts in order to enable, for example,
a certain course run's tasks to run longer while a large exam's
grades are recomputed.

The old folder name is somewhat confusing, because the
folder contains shims to _compensate for the removal
of sys.path hacks_, but does not contain the sys.path
hacks themselves.
Furthermore, this import_shims/ system could also be
used for other import path changes, such as turning
the locally-installed packages in common/lib/
into regular, importable modules
(e.g. `from common.lib.xmodule import abc` instead of
`from xmodule import abc`). So, a name that is not
specific to the sys.path hacks may be better
in the medium-to-long term.
Along the same lines, we also rename SysPathHackWarning
to DeprecatedEdxPlatformImportWarning.
This patch would enable routing learner to logistration MFE
via forgot password url than on platform when
ENABLE_LOGISTRATION_MICROFRONTEND feature flag is set.

* Import instructor tasks explicitly on workers.
Importing them via app config leads to an dependency chain nightmare as lots of other apps get pulled into the startup
and are not configured in situations like testing the common and lib unit tests. This should register tasks to the celery
workers without messing with the startup dependency chains of the LMS, CMS and test setup.
