2e0d35f180 Remove submission buttons from aria-live region 
added a new aria-live region and added problem html into that.
Removed submission buttons out of the aria-live div scope.

1529c1e956 Update social media links in EdX footer. 
Replaces some PLATFORM_* settings with a more
general setting for specifying social media
URLs in the footer.

Adds icons and titles for new social media
sites (Tumblr, Reddit, Youtube) to match
EdX.org.

85d0a45b14 Fix test_instructor_dashboard.py tests 
This file was never run, because of a missing __init__.py.  It needs a
super() call to make the ModuleStoreTestCase work properly.

Then one test failed, because of a missed change from dollar to
configurable currency.

a715bd7053 Standrize buttons in assessment problems 
Assessment problems was having input type="button" which cause accessibility issues.
changed them to <button> and added span with class sr.

5a7ac441e5 Entrance Exam authoring and messaging updates 
Multi-commit history:
- hide drag functionality for entrance exam section.
- hide entrance exam subsection elements e.g. delete, drag, name etc.
- show unit/verticals expanded in case of entrance exam
- modify code in order to allow user to update entrance exam score from UI.
