For the dates courseware tab, we no longer respect the
course_home_use_legacy_frontend waffle flag that enabled the
legacy version in Maple.
Instead, we always send the user to the MFE.
MFEs will be required for the Nutmeg release. This dates tab is
the first to fall, but others will follow.

We ignore the missed_deadlines because this endpoint is used in the Learning MFE for
learners who have remaining attempts on a problem and reset their due dates in order to
submit additional attempts. This can apply for 'completed' (submitted) content that would
not be marked as past_due
In preparation for switching LMS/Studio over
from serving legacy courseware URLs in certain
places (for example, resume_course_url) to serving
learning micro-frontend URLs.

This PR also removes the exemption for staff from seeing the reset
deadlines banner (staff will now see the banner). Staff users would
still be unable to submit problems and wouldn't have a way of resetting
their deadlines while enrolled.
The change to masquerade in the courseware view allows the proper
viewing of the xblock from the perspective of the masqueraded user.
In this case, it allows a staff user masquerading as a learner to see
their shift dates calls to action inside the MFE (the old view already
had this set up). The second change allows the staff user masquerading
to reset the schedule of the learner being masqueraded via the CTAs
The class BearerAuthenticationAllowInactiveUser is needed for the
mobile app to authenticate. The other Auth classes are to support
the standard work flows.
