For any errors that fixing would require changing the output of the css disable stylelint for that line instead of modifying.

159685b2b2 Fix Facebook and Google social auth buttons. 
Facebook emailed that edX doesn't comply with Platform Policy 8.3, also fixed

e8bae62f04 UX improvements on learner profile. 
LEARNER-1857

This story constitutes a large change to the UX of the learner profile.

Some specific changes include adding a flexible learner profile card, limiting the bio entry to only 300 characters and assuring that the page is responsive.

This story was to update the existing custom themes to work with the flexible bootstrap design. It also updates the red theme to more closely resemble the real implementation on openedx.

bdf38ae00e Implemented an upgrade verification sock. 
This sock sits at the bottom of both the home and the course content pages. It allows the user to click a 'Learn More' button to open a panel that allows the user to navigate to the upgrade checkout page. The sock is only shown for users that have not yet upgraded in a course that has a verification upgrade date that has not yet passed. Python tests cover the various course mode and upgrade dates.

71ba54a963 Updates combined Register, Login, and Password Reset views as per new design 
* Reorders form fields, and updates labels, placeholders, and tip text
* Increases clickable area for links and labels.
* Removes "*" markers from required fields, and instead adds
  "(optional)" labels to visible optional fields.
* Updates font colors and sizes, and removes box shadows
* Adds custom drop-down styles
* Improves responsive design scaling for small screens
* Make Terms of Service and Honor Code open in new window to avoid losing form
  field values.
