Exposes the hide_from_toc xblock attribute so course authors can configure it as a section visibility option in Studio. Before this change, the Hide from TOC functionality was mainly used by OLX components. Hence, it wasn't available for configuration through the Studio UI. Still, its implementation existed in the platform and could be used by setting the attribute: hide_from_toc=true as part of the OLX definition.

* style: drawer-cover color updated for all tagging drawers
* feat: Update TagList component when a tag is updated on Manage tags drawer
* feat: Refactor TagCount to be able to refresh the count
* feat: Sync tag count in units
Uses the updated styles for the notification based on the new designs.
Includes a button to open view the files directly in the notification.
This also fix a bug where the notification was not appearing when paste
a whole Unit.
Add ability to roll-forward ORA flex peer grading feature. Where enabled
for an Organization or course, flex peer grading will be turned on at the
course level for new course runs and course reruns. Where disabled,
a new course or course rerun will preserve existing / default setting
value.
This commit removes code that was used to copy Old Mongo courses into
new Split Mongo courses. This includes both the migrate_to_split
management command, as well as the backend code that would be invoked
to re-run Old Mongo courses as Split courses using Studio (the UI for
this was already removed in b429e55c).
This is a part of the Old Mongo removal effort tracked in:
https://github.com/openedx/public-engineering/issues/62
This removes user-facing Studio edit support for Old Mongo courses
(courses that have a CourseKey of the format {org}/{course}/{run}).
This does not affect our normal courses, which have CourseKeys
starting with "course-v1:".
After this commit:
* Old Mongo courses will continue to appear on the Studio course
listing page, but are not clickable.
* Any attempt to directly access an Old Mongo course in Studio via URL
fail with a 404 error.
* Course certificates will still be available for Old Mongo courses.
* Old Mongo courses will continue to be returned by CourseOverviews
and get_course_summaries() calls.
We decided against removing Old Mongo courses from the listing entirely
because that would require very expensive CourseOverviews query to
filter them out. Making that query more efficient would involve a
database migration to add appropriate indexing, which is something else
that we are looking to avoid. CourseOverviews are used everywhere in
the system, so we want to avoid changing how they work so that we can
minimize risk.
This is part of the Old Mongo Modulestore deprecation effort:

Remove temporary FutureCourseWaffleFlag class;
Update ora2 and edx-toggles to versions cleaned from the
LegacyWaffle* classes;
Replace `override_flag`s with `override_waffle_flag`;
Replace `override_switch`s with `override_waffle_switch` (where it's possible).
This is a first stage for removing the LegacyWaffle* classes.
LegacyWaffleFlag usage replaced with WaffleFlag;
LegacyWaffleSwitche usage replaced with WaffleSwitch;
New CourseWaffleFlag added to the temporary module __future__ as FutureCourseWaffleFlag;
Updated all the imports to use CourseWaffleFlag from the __future__ module;
BREAKING CHANGE: A number of toggle related constants (e.g. ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY_POLICY_PAGE)
changed types. They were strings, and are now toggle instances (e.g. WaffleSwitch). Although the entire
refactor should be self-contained in edx-platform, if any plugins or dependencies were directly
using these constants, they will break. If this is the case, try to find a better publicized way of
exposing those toggles.

This completes the work started in https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/pull/19453
to use the LMS login and registration for Studio, rather than Studio
providing its own implementation.
LMS login/registration are being used for the following reasons:
1. LMS logistration properly handles all SSO integrations.
2. A single logistration is simpler to maintain and understand.
3. Allows Studio to work more like all other IDAs that use LMS
logistration.
The original switch to use LMS logistration for Studio also added the
toggle `DISABLE_STUDIO_SSO_OVER_LMS` to provide the community some
additional time for switching. This commit removes this toggle, which
at this point means all deployments will use the LMS logistration.
This change requires sharing cookies across LMS and Studio. Should that
prove to be a problem for certain Open edX instances, there are
discussions of possible alternative solutions.
See https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/pull/19845#issuecomment-559154256
Detailed changes:
* Fix some Studio links that still went to old Studio signin and signup.
* Remove DISABLE_STUDIO_SSO_OVER_LMS feature toggle.
* Remove old studio signin and signup pages and templates.
* Fix url name "login", which had different meanings for Studio and LMS.
* Use the following settings: LOGIN_URL, FRONTEND_LOGIN_URL,
FRONTEND_LOGOUT_URL, and FRONTEND_REGISTER_URL.
* Redirect /signin and /signup to the LMS logistration.
* Add custom metric `uses_pattern_library`.
* Add custom metric `student_activate_account`.
* Add Django Settings to allow /signin, /signup, and /login_post to be
disabled once ready.
This work also relates to ARCH-218 and DEPR-6.
ARCH-1253
Some deprecated functionality has been removed:
- Reading data field and transforms being applied in the init() method.
- The source field.
- The source_visible attribute.
* Minimum possible changes were made to merge CapaModule & CapaDescriptor into
one ProblemBlock class.
* There are no known changes in behavior.
* CapaModule and CapaDescriptor inherited from a number of classes which inherit
from XModule or XModuleDescriptor but did not depend on them. For all these
classes the methods were moved to mixins which did not inherit from either and
then these mixins were added to ProblemBlock in the order which maintains MRO.
Currently, the LMS logout endpoint should iframe in the logout pages of
all the IDAs you were logged into. In short, this was made possible with
DOP because keeping track of the logout URIs and leaving a trail of
evidence in the user cookies was part of what we added in our fork of
DOP. In the case of DOT, we don't have time or desire to fork DOT to
mirror this behavior, so our stop-gap solution is to log out the user
from a list of logout URIs in settings.
