6d061a16c5 Enable cache isolation for test_email tests 
Cache isolation is provided by
CacheIsolationMixin/CacheIsolationTestCase, and was enabled in these
tests in order to stop the 'site' variable in the edxmako template
context from bleeding into subsequent tests via the request cache.

LEARNER-3808

Ensures that users can see their entitlement purchase whether there
are available sessions or not. Notifies them with a message stating that
more sessions are coming soon, as is currently implemented on the programs
dashboard.

8ffac2061d Verify 'Full Name' field does not allow HTML in Signup form 
'Full Name' field in the signup form is allowing HTML as an input
which makes spoofing easily.To avoid it, validation is added
that will ensure 'Full Name' field does not allow HTML.

28837c020f Allowing a user to fulfill their entitlement on the course dashboard. 
The user can now enroll in a session, unenroll from a session or change session
from a new course enrollment card on the course dashboard.

2e783042d2 Disable View Consent button on dashboard 
Partial revert to disable calls to Enterprise API for each course in an
Enterprise Learner's dashboard to determine status of consent. Will re-enable once
a batch API is avaiable (WL-1315) to fix performance.

f9f4876bee Add 'View Consent' button to dashboard when required 
Enterprise customers can require user to agree to Data Sharing Consent
form before they can access a course. We now add it conditionally to
Course Dashboard when it's required so it's apparent to user and they
have a way to revist the consent form if they've previously declined or
the course has not yet started.
