ce7e144088 Fix 500 error on new contact us form. 
If learner has enrollments without course overview object server raises
error, fixed using course_overview property of course enrollment.

c19d01a994 Add live validation to password reset 
Adds a new React factory for that page to handle the logic. Also
cleans up the UI a little (centers it, stops using serif font, etc).

0865e52c32 Send email to learners to inform verification status 
Support Team need to handle bulk of tickets every month about
the verification status of learners.To avoid it,suitable changes
have done to send verification email to the learner.

0e2b667bb4 Added ability to change header and content of static pages in two ways. 
1. Using the pageheader and pagecontent block names.
2. Setting SiteConfiguration settings for each individual html page.

4946b6b296 Track viewing of individual blocks. 
* Implement a ViewedEvent handling system which calls handlers when a
  block has been viewed for 5 seconds (configurable).
* Hook up Verticals to register their children blocks with this event,
  and submit completions once seen.

266c8fe737 Add Manage User Feature to Support Tool 
Support Team receive much requests from the users to disable their
accounts on edX.To fullfill their requests, Support has to contact
DevOps.To avoid it, a new feature is added which can easily disable
the user account.
