Since the Copy/Paste functionality has not been implemented for
ContentLibraries yet, the "Copy to Clipboard" button should not appear
in both the ContentLibrary page.
Uses the updated styles for the notification based on the new designs.
Includes a button to open view the files directly in the notification.
This also fix a bug where the notification was not appearing when paste
a whole Unit.

In order to complete https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/TNL-9320, we need to better encode the URI of the editor using the block id.
We also need to allow users to navigate out of the editors while it is a new page using the back button for a11y reasons.
Description
In order to support ongoing editor work we need to open blocks in the course_authoring MFE from studio. We are gating that rollout behind a flag. This work does that for each of the new blocks, as well as provides urls to do so.

Clicking the 'Add Component' button scrolls down to the 'Add New Component' buttons.
Admin ("Instructor") - Can edit and assign permissions to other users
Normal ("Staff") - Can edit
User - Can view the library and use content from it but cannot edit it or its blocks.

I've changed Studio to catch JavaScript errors when rendering xblocks, log the error, but to then continue as normal. This means that the user is still able to interact with the xblock to delete, duplicate etc. This seems reasonable as the xblock is only rendered as a WYSIWYG representation so if it isn't fully interactive that shouldn't be a big problem.
