Adds support to jump/scroll to blocks lower than units if bookmarked. It
also fixes an issue with bookmark visit url function where it was not
passing query params.
This makes the reset button to refresh the contents of a Randomized
Content Block (RCB) without reloading the full page by fetching a new
set of problems in the "reset" response and replacing the DOM contents.
The reset button returns the student view as a string and the client
uses the HtmlUtils package to replace the contents and reinitializes the
XBlock.
This allows students to use the RCB as a flash card system.

- Makes the action buttons underneath problems into link buttons
instead of push buttons. Per UI team
- Updates some colors of status pills like "Past due" or "Completed"
This will fix a bug about if assignment type is None, we will only
show the due date.
This will also fix a bug where we would show the assignment type and
due date on non-scored units within a subsection. Now it will only
show on scored units.
This also fixes the pill that displays from stretching out if the due
date text is multi-lined.
- Hide the submit-button CTA link to reset dates in the mobile
app. They are working on their own solution.
- Don't show the dates_banner.html code in the courseware. It has
new CTA banner support with updated wording.
This also has an initial use case for Personalized Learner Schedules
to add CTAs to capa and vertical blocks to allow users to shift their
course deadlines.
Due dates will only display for graded subsections.
If the assignment has already been completed, there will be a pill
to indicate that. If the assignment is past due, there will be a
pill. If it is upcoming, there are no pills
Content Type Gating: Xblocks that have a graded component cannot be
accessed by audit track users.
- Caveats:
- In studio, instructors can set certain xblocks to be available to
all users, but graded components will default to not being
available for audit users
- If a course does not have a verified mode option, all users will
have access to graded content.
The Waffle Flag: The waffle flag is of for now.
It's name is: ```content_type_gating.debug```
This Commit Does NOT Include: Displaying for a user WHY they do not have
access to a specific piece of content. That change will be part of
another PR.
