Currently, changing the email address in LMS does not reflect in Braze
and the transaction emails sent through Braze are delivering to user's
old/previous email address.
Added a signal/receiver to sync the new email address upon confirm email
change.
Adds celebrate_weekly_goal to the CourseEnrollmentCelebration and includes logic
for only returning True if the db field is true and the learner has hit their goal
this week. Adds ability to set to false via the API already used by the frontend.
Default db value is False, but all new enrollments after merge will be set to True.
- Remove the REDIRECT_TO_COURSEWARE_MICROFRONTEND waffle flag.
- Add a new COURSEWARE_USE_LEGACY_FRONTEND waffle flag that directs
all learners to the legacy courseware experience.
- Skip two failing a11y tests which fail due to the new default of
the courseware MFE.

When this flag is enabled, users will be 50/50 bucketed into an
experiment where users get course highlights and nudges from an
external service (like sailthru or braze) rather than from
edx-platform via ACE.

The toggle was previously an ExperimentWaffleFlag,
which allows stable A/B testing but increases the toggle's
complexity. Since we do not plan an doing any more A/B
tests as part of the MFE rollout, we can 'downgrade' this
toggle to a CourseWaffleFlag, which still allows us to do
phased rollout and course-run-specific overrides.

This is part of a removal of the many override methods of toggle
flag/namespace classes. This allows us to remove imports of test modules
from production code.
- Add a new CourseEnrollmentCelebration model, which ties a
course enrollment to some booleans about progress celebrations
- Add serialization of the new model to the existing courseware_api
app's existing course info view
- Add new API in courseware_api to update a celebration model
