61bb9bc6e2 Add support for using an authentication database for MongoDB. 
A popular convention is to have user accounts stored in a separate authentication
database. This change add support for configuring edx-platform to work with
such a setup.

78e9445aa1 Add super() calls to setUp/tearDown that are missing them 
Also, I replaced a number of tearDown methods with addCleanup instead.
And also remove some unneeded patch.stopall() calls.

979ec89f0e Fix error encoding datetime objects in the event track logger backend 
The function json.dumps was being called with incorrect arguments,
causing an infinite recursion when serializing an event containing
datetime objects
