b50c905865 Remove modulestore dependency from Enrollment API 
Sets the Enrollment API free of the modulestore by replacing modulestore queries with calls to the CourseOverview model. Course deletion invalidates the corresponding CourseOverview. XCOM-462.

e37a98d1be Indexing moved to celery task. Reorganised indexing to always allow for full course reindex. Indexing code no longer needs to be in common, because it is triggered by signal instead of being called.g 2015-04-10 14:30:19 -04:00

838060f30c Update course_publish event to: 
* Only fire on bulk operation if something therein was published
* Wrap calls that use the following repeated pattern:
    if self.signal_handler and not bulk_record.active:
        self.signal_handler.send()
* Ensure consistent firing of signal between split and draft implementations
* Updated tests to use typical course nesting structures
* Added tests within bulk operations

47851c5041 Replace create_xmodule with create_xblock 
Refactor all callers (often replacing with more appropriate fn)

Also, added for_branch_setting method to old mongo and removed some
branch verification tests

Moved DIRECT_ONLY_CATEGORIES to draft_and_publish.py

Deleted test_split_draft_modulestore.py

Added _auto_publish to create course

Publish cleanups for update_version, source_version

Changed has_changes to use source_version

Removing mixed test that no longer makes sense in auto_publish world

Addressed TODOs in test_branch_setting
