* fix: migrate remaining eslint-config-edx

* refactor: updated eslint rules according to eslint-config-edx-es5

* refactor: add custom rules to suppress unnecessary eslint issues

* refactor: add custom rules to internal eslint configs

* fix: fix all indentation issues

* chore: update lock file
